We actively involves in tracing customers who are non existent in the given address in their records, may be in the intention of avoiding payments to the creditors or due to in ability to repay the debt. Our executives will trace the address of the customers with the help of neighbor’s, post offices, RTO’S, bankers, friends, relatives, cable operators, gas agencies, etc.,
The team of executives is allocated cases in respect of their accessibility and familiarity of the areas. The executives are appointed with the clearance certificate from the concerned police departments. And are required to fulfill mandatory regulations of not less than 12 clear visits per day and the reports such as collections, customer’s interactions recovery status should be given in writing to the concerned supervisor’s/managers on daily basis.
